Luxury Wedding Videographer Il Borro Tuscany.
Jessica and Joseph met in New York City in early 2016 after “meeting” on an online dating app. They were quickly inseparable. Over Easter, Joe caught Jess off guard by telling her he loved her while relaxing in the pool. The “I love you” was quickly reciprocated.
Joe proposed to Jess a few weeks shy of her thirtieth birthday in June 2017. Joe searched for months for the perfect diamond, and finally won an auction for the perfect diamond at Christie’s. After asking Jess’ parents for permission, Joe planned a surprise proposal on a rooftop in New York City, overlooking the city skyline. After the intimate proposal, which was caught on camera by a photographer, their closest family and friends showed up to celebrate. The next day, Joe whisked Jess off to a surprise getaway to Turks and Caicos, where he first said “I love you”.
The bride and groom wanted to plan a wedding that was more than one night of celebrating, they wanted something unique and different for all of their guests. After taking a quick venue searching trip to Italy in July 2017, they decided that Tuscany was the perfect location, and Il Borro the perfect venue, for their three-day wedding celebration.
The wedding weekend was more perfect than they could have dreamed. The bride wore a fitted Pnina Tornai lace gown with a dramatic back from Kleinfield’s Bridal in New York City, paired with white studded Valentino flats. Her jewelry was simple, but elegant. Diamond studs, a simple diamond tennis bracelet, and a gold Cartier LOVE bracelet, a wedding day gift from her groom. The groom wore a custom navy tuxedo from Canali, shoes from Salvatore Ferragamo, and a Salvatore Ferragamo gold and navy watch, a wedding day gift from his bride.
Wedding planner Joelle of Joelle Marie Events and her team oversaw every last detail of the three-day wedding weekend. Hair stylist and makeup artist Lara Navarrini made sure the bride was always camera ready. Artemisia Florist took the bride’s simple, elegant style and created the most beautiful centerpiece for the one long hundred and fourteen person table on the terrace of the Il Borro Villa. Caterer Guidi Lenci prepared a delicious meal that guests raved about, and the singing waiters were the perfect added touch. Dinner ended with a fireworks display by Pirotecnici Soldi. DJ Stefano Nannicini kept the guests dancing all night long while Mercury Events kept the drinks flowing, even using a custom ice ludge. The photobooth kept guests laughing while photographer Alessandro Giannini and videographer Marco Abba captured every unforgettable moment.
